Rowing 2000 Meters

I both love and hate it. It's such a great workout.

It's long enough so that you can't force through it without stamina.
But it's short enough to fit into any workout program.

For me it acts as a reality check on my general physical health.
Anything below 08:30 is acceptable.
Below 08:00 is good, and where I want to be.

I've never beat 07:30, but I've also never been consistent.
Sometimes it's even years between each try.

Now that I'm slowly getting back into working out again, I want to beat 07:30.

Let’s see if writing it down keeps me accountable.
